Joint probe to look into alleged Batasan break-in
THE Justice Department and the Elections Commission on Thursday said they will look into claims that former First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo financed operations to cover up widespread cheating to ensure victory for his wife, former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Arroyo.
