Weiner scandal raises question: is it cheating?
DENVER - Despite having news networks and gossip websites broadcast embarrassing photos of a half-dressed Rep. Anthony Weiner, the married congressman maintains he had no physical contact with women. His lewd photos and Facebook messages do bring up a question: Is technology-based flirting considered modern-day infidelity?
