Is snooping in your spouse’s e-mail a crime?
Leon Walker, 33, whose wife was allegedly having an affair, faces felony charges for reading her e-mails without permission. But his lawyer said that if the prosecution succeeds, “they better build a bunch more courthouses” to accommodate a flood of similar cases.
